Notes will be taken and a report will be generated with such information. The report can be used as a guide to footprint the process of your project. Property Assesment

Service Description
We will assess a property that you're looking to sell or purchase. This service includes checking out all items, appliances, fixtures, structures, plumbing etc and advise on what we feel needs to be repaired. A document report will be generated and provide to you for your records to use as you please. If you decide to move forward with our company, the estimate fee will be credited to your project.
